What We Collect

When you join the CD Knutts waitlist, we collect:

• Name and email address - to contact you about the course
• Your responses to 4 intake questions - to understand your experience level, device, work, and learning goals
• IP address - temporarily, for rate limiting (not stored long-term)
• Timestamps - when you submitted the form

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to:

• Confirm your waitlist spot
• Email you when the course launches or has updates
• Understand our audience to build a better course

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Lives

• Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States
• Email: Resend, for transactional emails only
• Hosting: Vercel, for the website

Cookies

We use functional cookies only. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

Data Retention

If the course does not launch within 24 months of your signup, your data will be deleted. If it does launch, your data is retained for 12 months after launch, then deleted unless you become a customer.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@cdknutts.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Sensitive Data

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form. We do not need it and cannot protect it in this context.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address you provided.
